What is
Baby Massage?
Baby massage is a gentle, nurturing practice where parents or caregivers use soft, rhythmic strokes to massage a baby’s body.
It helps support physical and emotional development, strengthens the parent-baby bond, and can ease common discomforts like gas, colic, and teething pain. Using touch, baby massage promotes relaxation, better sleep, and overall well-being in infants.
