Cancellation Policy

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made via the ‘My Bookings’ section of your profile, or by contacting us directly by phone or email. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking cost.
